On October 20th, a 2025 international student meeting and discussion with the theme of Breaking the Ice, Integration, and Progress was held in Room 115 of Xianxia Road Teaching Building. Ten international students from Rwanda, Liberia, Mongolia, Russia and other countries gathered together with their counselor, Professor Wang Yifan.
Through ice breaking exchanges, cultural sharing, and problem discussions, the symposium builds a cross-border communication bridge for students. During the free exchange session, freshmen discuss their research interests and discover many common topics. Teacher Wang Yifan stated that he will fully support international students in adapting to the new environment, and hopes that everyone can gain growth through learning and enhance friendship through communication. At the same time, he particularly emphasizes the importance of safety and reminds everyone to contact the teacher as soon as possible if there is anything.
